I have been teaching and working in curriculum development, assessment, and faculty development for almost 20 years. My current research interests include faculty professional development, alternative grading and instructor feedback practices, the impacts of GenAI on teaching and learning, and exploring how small but meaningful instructional changes can impact student success and persistence. Currently, I am an educational developer with the Stearns Center for Teaching and Learning and affiliate faculty with the Higher Education program at George Mason University. I am also an Associate Editor with Teaching and Learning Inquiry. My joy is in working with large and small groups of faculty to help them think through questions about their teaching practice.

Interested in working with me? I’d be delighted to talk about how I can help support faculty at your institution.
