At the Virginia Tech Conference on Higher Education Pedagogy, I presented with colleagues on our Cross-Institutional Interdisciplinary Initiative to Reduce Equity Gaps Through Transparent Design. We shared about the development of the VA-TILT: Creating Equitable Learning Opportunities Through Transparent Assignment Design initiative and focused on the impacts of building a cross-institutional initiative to support faculty & faculty developers.
